Her physical support and expertise helped me to remain calm and focused during contractions, and freed up my husband to just BE with me and not need to actively help me labor. During some scary moments as my daughter was born, her calm and quick emergency-readiness gave me a sense of peace. I appreciated her following up in the days and weeks after birth helping me to emotionally process those moments. She was a true God-send, and I look back on this birth experience with so much gratitude!
