Marcia has been such a gift to our family. When we found out we were having twins I was nervous and then a friend suggesting hiring Marcia as a doula and immediately my heart was at ease. Marcia is so easy to talk to and she has so much experience and knowledge not only regarding pregnancy and labor but about nutrition. She taught my husband and I SO MUCH. For her knowledge alone she was worth every penny. What I really appreciated is she made sure to include my husband on everything even when I said she didn't. It was a good reminder to me that we are a team. She taught us, especially my husband how to care for me postpartum and to heal and that has lead to a very good postpartum. With twins and the risk for a c section I was induced and Marcia was not present at their birth but she came to the hospital the day of and came twice to our house after they were born. Hiring marcia was a Godsend and our family is so grateful. If you are thinking about it, do it, it is the right decision
