Her thoughtful approach gave me a sense of calm and control, making me feel empowered every step of the way.
When it came time for delivery, Polly was exactly the support we needed. My husband and I found ourselves heading to the hospital in the middle of the night at 2:00 AM, and within no time, Polly was there, ready to join us and help however she could. I can’t overstate how reassuring it was to have her by our side, especially when things felt overwhelming.
During labor, Polly was amazing at guiding me through each contraction with proper breathing techniques, helping me stay focused and relaxed. When it came time to push, her support was invaluable. She was calm and encouraging, helping me stay centered and guiding me to push at the right moments, which made all the difference. Thanks to her expertise and constant reassurance, I was able to stay calm, composed, and in control throughout the entire process.
Polly’s presence made such a huge impact on our birth experience. My husband and I both feel so incredibly grateful for her support—she truly helped make the experience not only manageable but deeply memorable in the best possible way. I couldn’t have asked for a better doula!
