Lauren made my birth and postpartum experience wonderful. She was there to support me with advice, expert knowledge, and especially pain relieving massages during contractions at the hospital. I was very nervous about the whole labor process and communicating my birth preferences to the nurses.
My first experience at a hospital was giving birth to my first born, so I was very relieved to know that Lauren was there to support me and guide me through the process. Lauren had given me information about the whole labor process and asked me about all of my birth plan preferences weeks before hand. This gave me time to really think about what I wanted for me and my baby and do my own research.
Lauren is an easy-going and open person. I love that about her. She is so easy to talk to and really makes you feel taken care of pre, post, and during labor. I would recommend Lauren to any of my friends and family that are expecting. She really is the most compassionate doula!
