I hired Hilary to be my birth Doula, and she was an invaluable addition to my pregnancy journey and birth story - HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Hilary is kind, empathetic, professional, organized, knowledgeable and such an incredible resource. I would not have been able to have the unmedicated, natural delivery I hoped for without her by my side. My labor progressed faster than anticipated, and Hilary was by my side, guiding me every step of the way and giving me the confidence to have the birth I hoped for. Having her in the delivery room allowed my husband to be my side as emotional support, while Hilary took care of the "logistic" things like the cold compress, fan, etc. A few days after my son arrived, Hilary came to the house and helped me process my birth story, checked in on my well-being, the babies well-being, along with my husband’s well-being. I am so grateful that I found Hilary and could not recommend her more as a Doula.
We also hired Hilary as our postpartum Doula. We have had a few visits so far and she’s been so helpful caring for the baby, allowing myself and my husband to take care of things that we need to. We’re looking forward to having Hilary come by over the next couple of months.
