Jill was absolutely incredible, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment we hired her, she was fully committed, bringing both compassion and expertise to every step of our journey. I knew a doula would be helpful, but I never realized just how essential she would become.
Before the big day, Jill met with us several times to help us develop a birth plan, understand newborn care, and set realistic expectations for labor and delivery. When I faced issues with my OB around seven months, Jill was by my side, supporting me through the process and guiding me to find the right new provider. Her constant check-ins and encouragement made all the difference.
On delivery day, Jill was with us for over 18 hours. She supported my husband in helping me manage the pain and was right there, offering techniques and tools to make me as comfortable as possible. Despite the long hours, Jill’s energy and excitement never wavered. She even decorated our labor and delivery room, making it a warm, welcoming space that felt like our own.
It’s clear that being a doula is Jill’s passion, and it shows in every detail of her care. I can’t imagine going through that day without her by our side!
