I had Alice as my birth and postpartum doula, and I am really glad that I met her. I was targeting a natural birth experience at the hospital, and having Alice by my side throughout the process was a blessing. Alice took 3 prenatal sessions for us to address all our questions and prepared us on how to manage labour and to advocate for our birth plan at the hospital. I would highly encourage anyone targeting a natural birth experience, specifically at the hospital, to have a doula with her, and there is no one better than Alice. She was there with me all the time from when we went to the hospital until we were transferred to the postpartum room after the delivery. It was because of her active emotional and mental support that I could have my ideal birth experience. Her postpartum sessions were equally beneficial. She helped me with postpartum recovery and new born care and shared all the essential resources, tips, and tricks that allowed us to be confident as first time parents. I am so grateful that we decided to have her through our birth journey.
