I want to thank Jennifer for her superb care for me and my husband during our pregnancy journey. I had originally reached out to her to take a labor and delivery class, and it was packed with great information and personal time with my family, answering all the questions we had. My husband and I were so impressed with Jennifer, that we asked if she could be our doula for the hospital induction. We're so grateful for her on that day, as our OB/GYN was busy on call and the hospital nurses were swamped. Jennifer stayed with us the whole time, until a few hours after our baby was delivered. During the 15+hrs we were at the hospital, the nurse had to step out many times, sometimes for extended periods of time, because there were other emergencies and rooms to attend. Being our first pregnancy, if it wasn't for Jennifer being with us the whole time, recommending exercises to do and helping me relax, we would have been very anxious and not knowing what to do during our time of waiting. Jennifer is patient, gentle, reassuring, and encouraging. I had wanted to give up towards the end as the experience got really overwhelming and hectic, but Jennifer's guidance and help really got me through. My husband and I are so thankful for her and cannot recommend her more! She is very attentive and reachable even way after birth, giving me wonderful wisdom for gas, breastfeeding, etc. Jennifer, thank you SO MUCH!
