Michelle was the best doula I could have asked for. When choosing a doula to support me in my birth, I wanted someone that understood my current situation. As a 16, now 17 year old, going through pregnancy was incredibly hard. But Michelle made sure I knew I could do it. She made sure I remembered that I was supported throughout pregnancy, birth, and after birth. During my pregnancy, she prepared me for the mental and physical challenge I was going to go through, but she always reminded me that my body was made for this. During birth, she remained by my side to get me through those moments that I wasn't able to get through alone. She made sure I was breathing, shoulders always relaxed, and telling me that I was made for this. I had the best birth experience I ever could have asked for, and that's because of Michelle. Even after birth, Michelle always made sure to remind me that she will always be by my side.
