Sarah is such a wonderful doula! She went above and beyond what I had wanted and expected. We met a couple times before I went into labor. One of the times she came over and made freezer meals with my family and I to have for after I gave birth.
During my labor she was incredibly helpful, she provided physical and emotional/mental support. My husband was very tired, so it was really great to have her there especially when he was resting. She asked me to let her know what I wanted during labor and she advocated those things for me, which made me feel safe and supported in my most vulnerable moments!
She even came over after I gave birth to check in and brought me tea. She has a very nurturing and kind spirit and energy about her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.
