There is nobody better to have at your side while giving birth than Katie. From the moment we met Katie we knew immediately that we needed her to be our doula and we were right. It was the best decision we ever made, not only was Katie informative she was very supportive in answering all of our questions and concerns. If she was unfamiliar with products we would ask her about she would do her own research to make sure to provide us with safe information and go from there. Katie was and still is always reliable and quick to respond, on the day of my delivery I messaged Katie about my water breaking and she made sure that I followed all the appropriate steps while also making sure that the hospital and everyone around us was following our birth plan. Katie even brought her own interventions ( candles, tens unit, and comb) to help me through my labor that I hadn't even thought of. She was by my side the entire time, making me feel safe and comfortable that I was able to have the birth I could only dream of. I would give birth a thousand times over again as long as I have Katie there with me.
When we brought the baby home, Katie made sure to visit us and make sure we were doing okay. Providing us with breastfeeding and postpartum care. It was comforting to know that we still had support and could still ask questions when the baby was here because let me tell ya being first time parents and bringing the baby home is scary. But again Katie was with us every step of the way.
