Shannon was such a valuable asset to our birth experiences. She was our doula for the birth of both of our daughters. Our first birth was very long and difficult but she stayed with us the whole time and was able to help us navigate through the difficulties when we were struggling. Our second birth was not as wild of a ride but Shannon was still there to help me through it. Her words of encouragement, the fine attention to our birth preferences and making sure they were met as much as they could be in the moment, and the care afterwards are truly such a blessing. We also had her take photos/videos of both births and am so grateful she was able to do that because I look at them often and treasure them so much. You will not regret hiring Shannon as your doula! If we are blessed with more children in the future, I will hire her again without a doubt.
