We hired Kelly as our doula from the beginning of my pregnancy. As a first time mama, I knew very few things about hospital deliveries and what things can look like pre and post delivery of baby. I knew I wanted to go natural and have my dream vaginal delivery. Kelly recommended some pretty amazing birthing classes through BirthEd. All of our parental meetings with Kelly left my husband and I feeling so confident heading into the expecting weeks of labor. As that day came around, Kelly arrived at the hospital with perfect timing and helped take over and let my husband rest during active labor. She directed me and my body into positions I found so much relief in. I realize now what a mental mind set labor is, and Kelly had the most affirming and encouraging words and at the times I needed them most. I ended up having a healthy baby girl and my dream medication free, vaginal delivery and truly can say I wouldn't of been able to do it without our loving Doula Kelly.
