The quality that stands out to me most about how Lexi works is how strong of an advocate she is. Labor and delivery is a very vulnerable time, and my biggest concern during the process was being dismissed or ignored by healthcare providers. We called Lexi our "guard dog," as she was always checking in, speaking to nurses for us to clarify things and make sure we understood everything, and advocating for us when we weren't sure about how to navigate something.
