The birth experience of my daughter was undoubtedly improved by working with Ashley as our doula. Working with a doula for the birth of our first child was an excellent decision for which we have no regrets. Looking back, I have the most wonderful reflections on the whole experience and that is largely attributed to Ashley's contributions. I chose to have an unmedicated birth experience and there is no way I could have carried through with that without the support of a doula. From middle of the night contractions to comforting me through a long, uncomfortable labor, Ashley was there the whole time and it was so reassuring. She is dependable, extremely responsive, experienced, and professional yet warm so you instantely feel comfortable in her presence. All essential traits for an excellent doula!
Ashley also provided a wealth of knowledge and resources to help my husband and I feel prepared before, during, and after the birth which was super helpful. For the weeks leading up to birth, during the birth, and afterwards, having Ashley as our doula was incredibly beneficial and I couldn't recommend her more.
