My husband and I highly recommend Jill as a doula. I don't know what we would have done without her. As first time parents, her kind, knowledgeable presence and care before birth helped calm our anxiety and make informed decisions about important medical and childbirth questions. During labor her steady, supportive presence was so invaluable. She brought decorations and lights for the room that transformed it into a special space for birth. And her knowledge about ideal positions for active labor when the baby wasn't coming out (which exceeded that of the doctors and nurses) was what ultimately enabled us to have a vaginal birth instead of a c-section. Her checking in on us throught the pre/during/post birth periods was such a welcome addition to the birth process. We're very grateful for Jill's care and knowledge. Anybody would be very lucky to have her as a doula.
