In addition to being by our side during labor, Kristen taught amazing Lamaze and CPR classes through BirthED. The Lamaze techniques were essential in helping me manage labor, and Jake felt confident knowing how to support me every step of the way. The CPR class was incredibly valuable as well—it gave us so much peace of mind as new parents, knowing we are prepared for any emergency.
During labor, Kristen was right by our side, offering unwavering support, both physically and emotionally. She had an incredible ability to create a peaceful environment, and her calming energy was exactly what I needed to get through some of the more intense moments.
Jake and I truly believe we couldn’t have had such a positive birth experience without her. She also provided fantastic post-partum support, ensuring that Max and I were both adjusting well and offering helpful tips for breastfeeding and newborn care.
