Kate was my Doula for my second baby and everything from start to finish was superb. She actively supported each and every contraction at the hospital. My contractions slowed down when I arrived at the hospital, being more spread out and infrequent. Kate’s expertise was invaluable, utilizing numerous positions to successfully increase the frequency of the contractions. She was great support throughout the process, talking through each situation when needing to make decisions. She was also excellent at reading me and providing the environment that I needed.
I highly recommend Kate. She is a natural and it is clear this is her calling in life. I also value the fact she has five kids and has done this five times herself! Even the senior nurse and doctor were singing her praises and were highly impressed. If you are looking for a positive birth experience, I highly recommend using Kate as your Doula. Each birthing process is unique and can have twists and turns. Having a doula like Kate provides reassurance and confidence to manage the unexpected.
