Where do I start?! Brighid has been such an amazing source of support for me during my pregnancy as a newborn care educator and during my fourth trimester journey as my postpartum doula. She is everything you’d want in a doula: she’s caring, passionate, respectful, professional and a joy to be around. One thing I especially appreciate about Brighid is her insistence on me taking care of myself no matter what else seems urgent or seems like it “needs to get done.” She really puts into perspective the fact that a new mom needs to take every opportunity to rest and receive help as she possibly can. During my work with her, Brighid provided postpartum remedies, healing touch, emotional support, baby care and answered about a million questions about everything baby and postpartum life. If you’re looking for a postpartum or birth doula, I cannot recommend her highly enough!
