She is an excellent communicator and extremely reliable, arriving at 10pm on the dot each and every night. I felt more than comfortable handing her my baby, knowing he was going to be getting the best possible care.
In addition to her genuine and palpable love for children, she also brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and insight to the table. She was proactive in making specific recommendations and minor adjustments. To help soothe our fussy and gassy baby, she suggested introducing a colic belt and changing the nipple size used, which resulted in immediate improvements to sleep. I never hesitated to text her questions day or night, all of which she was quick to reply. Juliana is a rare blend of professional competence and immense warmth, and we hope to work with her again for our second child. We love Juliana!
