Our experience with Amber was absolutely everything we could have asked for of a Doula. We decided we wanted to use a Doula for our first birth as we were having a homebirth and wanted the extra support both for comfort measures and emotionally. What I was not expecting was the amount of knowledge, preparation, and education Amber would be providing throughout the entire pregnancy. She answered all of my questions via text message and always provided encouragement in times where I felt confused, discouraged, or down. We built a great relationship as she came to our home for our appointments and eagerly answered all of our questions. She is very comforting and being around her feels like a warm hug. My birth ended up being very fast and she was there once we called her, with the most peaceful calming presence. We did not get to use all of the material she provided us being our birth was so fast, but I wouldn't have changed a thing about our experience with Amber. We look forward to having her at our future births and can't recommend her enough.
