She's also so easy to be around. She is that perfect balance of grounded and “woo” that I was looking for. She prioritizes evidence-based decision making while also acknowledging the deep spiritual and energetic shifts and transitions around pregnancy, birth, and becoming a parent. Brighid provided education and guidance through the prenatal period, she helped us process and pivot with grace when I unfortunately risked out of the birth center and ended up needed to deliver in the hospital. Even though the birth didn't happen as we pictured, I felt relieved having Brighid by my side. She provided excellent support to me and my husband and also partnered well with the hospital staff. I am particularly grateful for her ability to hold space for me during the almost 2 weeks past my “due date” and for the postpartum visit when she spent time with us recounting and processing the 2 days of labor and the birth of our son. I am so grateful for the support provided by Brighid. 10/10 recommend having her on your birth team.
