She is professional, caring, personable and you can just feel that she loves what she does. We booked her for birth and 80 hours of postpartum because my parents are in another country and I knew I needed all the help and support I could get. Her calm presence made a huge difference when I was giving birth. As a first-time parent, I had no idea how to take care of a newborn. She taught me the most basic things such as how to change diapers and how to bathe a baby. She understands how hard it can be for moms, so she would also encourage me to take care of myself mentally and physically. I personally could not have done it without her help.
