Sarah made such a huge difference in my postpartum period. My husband owns a business and could only stay home a week, so I really needed the support. She was extremely flexible with scheduling, which I appreciated very much since his schedule can change on a dime. She really optimized every moment of her shifts, even involving my high energy preschooler who wants to be in charge of everything. ??
One thing I appreciate about Sarah is that she'd ask what I wanted done, but if I wasn't sure how to answer she would just start doing things, based on what looked like it needed to be done. Also, when my son was bouncing off the walls and and needed attention, she would stop what she was doing and play with him without me even needing to ask.
She was very good natured about the very specific, borderline OCD, way I like certain things done, even when I couldn't exactly say why I wanted them done that way.
Also, we hired her for a meal prep shift and she busted out so many meals in 4 hours while I was at the park with the baby and my son that I still don't know how she did all that. She even did the dishes too, which I don't know how she had time for.
Sarah is always available during her shifts as a listening ear and offers condolences, support, and potential solutions without being pushy.
I think Sarah has a rare combination of assertiveness and flexibility that makes her very good at her work. She could definitely charge way more but wants to remain affordable so she way undercharges, which is amazing.
We were very pleased with Sarah and wish we could have hired her indefinitely. ??
