I cannot say enough good things about Laura! Laura was an amazing resource all throughout my pregnancy from phone calls and texts to answer questions or give recommendations, to her very informative birth class leading up to my birth! She was a great educator for not only me but my husband as well to teach about labor and delivery, comfort measures, positioning, etc. especially for us as first time parents! When I went into labor Laura spent 12+ hours with us at the hospital as I had a long labor. She was extremely helpful recommending different positions, helping navigate my birth plan, providing suggestions, advocating for me, supporting me and my desire for a natural birth, and helping my husband to support me as well. She was so encouraging throughout my labor and truly helped me achieve the birth that I desired! Laura then also followed up with us after birth to check in on me and baby! I highly recommend Laura as a doula! I could not have had the birth experience I did without her!
