Confused, scared new mom to be in a strange land with no direction on what the future holds for me and my baby, but God brought Philippa my way to still the raging water for me. She held me through the confusion, conforted me, put me through Canada laws and regulations and assisted me through my pregnancy journey. I was 36 weeks gone when Philippa reached out to me that she was out of town but heard about me from Cassidy, she scheduled appointment with me immediately to see me and prepare my mind on what lies ahead, provided me with all necessary information on labor, exercises I should do for easy dilation, health check, hospital lists and baby check list. I had false labor at 3am in the morning and she was there all through encouraging me with constant smile on her face. I remebered opening my eyes on the main day and seeing her all dressed and ready to bring my baby out to embrace this beautiful planet earth strengthened me to keep going on.
