Kristin and Arva prepared my husband and I for labour and birth. After the first time speaking with them, I knew I was in the right hands. Birth, for me, is a ceremony that I was able to figure out elements that I would like to have to honour that.
When I went into labour, I was texting Kristin updates. She was so kind and let me know she'd be there for support whenever I needed her. When she arrived, she was so supportive. She helped me try different labour positions.
Since birth never goes as planned, Kristin made sure I was confident and sure when I needed to adjust my birth plan. She supported me in voicing my needs with the other healthcare providers. Kristin also made sure my husband was supported and knew how to support me.
Birthing my daughter was the most beautiful experience of my life. It was also the best experience I've ever had in a hospital. I'm so grateful for Kristin! I will definitely recommend her and reach out when I'm ready for my next child!
