Patti has been great to work with and to have present to help with the vaginal births of both of my children. She provided education around the birthing process to make the day of delivery go smoother and to make sure I understood my options. She also does a wonderful prenatal and postnatal massage (for you and baby!) at your home. Having an experienced doula like Patti the day of delivery added to my comfort and helped me feel much more at ease in the process of giving birth. I think it helps to know you have an advocate with you at all times since the doctors and the nurses have to split their time between their patients. Also, my first child kept pushing on my lower back while trying to get out, Patti helped massage my back for a good amount of time which really helped with the pain.
