Cherish's attention, care and knowledge helped me feel capable, informed and incredibly supported throughout my pre-natal to post-natal experience with my first child. I genuinely could not imagine the experience without her and would absolutely love to have her join our family again should we have a second child.
Cherish came with knowledge, tools and resources that I didn't even know I'd need. She shared evidence-based information and peppered in some of her own insights to enable me to make my own choices and decisions. In many ways, it's because of Cherish that I felt such automony through my labor and birth. I benefited greatly from Cherish's relationships, knowledge about, and interactions with the hospital staff, and her ability to make me feel incredibly cared for throughout my experience.
My child had trouble latching, and Cherish's visits were like breathes of fresh air at a time where I left like I was struggling to figure it all out. While I ultimately did not decide to breastfeed, Cherish was my cheerleader the whole time and her support made all the difference in my attitude.
As an added perk, she also makes the most delicious lactation cookies.
