Lily was a joy to work with during pregnancy, at the delivery, and after. As first time parents we were looking for someone who was calm, knowledgeable, and would be supportive throughout the whole process. Lily was an amazing resource for us before and after delivery with recommendations on providers, helpful tips, etc. She was always available to chat and was a great sounding board for big decisions. She had a way of making me feel calm and confident in the decisions we made for our labor and delivery (and care for baby after birth).
Lily was with us at the hospital and stayed by our side. She was reassuring and funny and a coach. She prayed with us and over us. She talked to the nurses and midwives and obgyn. She supported our decisions and helped convey any concerns we had to our providers. With Lily there, my husband and I felt and knew we had someone there who would do everything to help us and our baby. Once she arrived the atmosphere in the hospital changed and the providers understood us better and respected our decisions. I highly recommend Lily, not just because of her knowledge, but because of who she is. She is kind and giving. She works incredibly hard and loves her job and clients. I am so grateful to have met her and to know her. We have a beautiful baby boy who is healthy and happy and I'm so grateful that Lily was there for his birth.
