You know you have a good doula when all the doctors and nurses rave about her, and that is what happened with Caroline. Before, during and after delivery she made sure I was okay. I don’t know how people go through their pregnancy, labor and postpartum without a doula, but more importantly how they do it without Caroline by their side.
