I had a lot of anxiety about giving birth but her in-home educational sessions and prep materials helped me understand more about what happens during labor and delivery, helped me determine my preferences and consider choices I might have to make, and overall put me more at ease.
Even with pain management I'm glad Evana was able to be present for the later stages of my labor, i feel her guidance on positioning helped get my face-up baby in a better position for a smoother delivery and I had an overall really positive birth experience.
