Dinora is the best! She helped me through labor with my second baby, and I owe it to her for helping me get through it without an epidural. I wish I had her for my first birth experience, but I now plan on having her for all future births!! She coached me through breath work during labor, and helped me not get in a spiral during labor. She gave me a back massage when I was in the birthing tub, reminded me to drink water, set the mood by adding candles around the tub and coached me through pushing as well. The list goes on and on of all the things she did for me. My nurse also made a comment about how impressed she was that she did breath work with me and said it sounded like we were a team. I truly believe I couldnt have done it without her and would have ended up gettin the epidural if she was not there. She helped me get to my goal of going natural and I will forever be grateful to her!
