Kristin was the doula for our first baby and made the whole experience less scary! Kristin made sure to go over everything with us prior, made sure that she knew all of our preferences, and was there helping and advocating for us throughout labour. I was experiencing a fair amount of back pain with every contraction and she came to our home in early labour to make suggestions on positions, pain management and things to help labour along and stayed by our sides for the whole 21 hours of labour!
I would highly recommend Kristin, if we hadn't had her our birth experience could have easily been a negative one!
