My husband and I were very happy that we had Anna with us during the birth of our first baby. She was very supportive, informative and positive throughout our journey with her. Anna even took the initiative to set a cozy environment in the hospital, which was a lovely surprise for us. We had the opportunity to chat about our preferences beforehand and we knew she would be there for us when needed. Anna was very respectful of our wishes and worked great with the hospital staff. While the birth did not go exactly to plan, Anna provided support and gave her honest opinions when we needed feedback at pivotal decisions. She also helped us stay strong and determined when moments called for it. She was very helpful with the first latch and continued to provide support postpartum, checking in and making sure our questions were answered. Overall she was a wonderful coach before, during and after our experience, we are very glad to have met and had Anna help us.
