Tanner is an excellent doula. For my second birth, I was unexpectedly in labor for 20 hours. Tanner helped make it a positive experience! Both my husband and I are extremely grateful Tanner was there. She graciously helped inform us as we had questions throughout labor such as - should I head to the hospital now, what position should I be in at this stage of labor, should I ask to have my water broken. She is skilled in spinning babies techniques, which was valuable to me. At the end of a 20 hour labor when my husband and I were exhausted and losing heart, she still maintained a calming presence and was steadfast in her encouragement!
