Lisa was recommended to my husband and me by a family friend. Lisa swept in when our son was born 4 weeks prematurely, and was like our fairy godmother. She helped me with breastfeeding (a particularly difficult task with a wee baby!), helped me to manage expectations of myself, checked in often with my overwhelmed hubby, helped to translate what my son was trying to tell me, and was even there when I needed to be rushed to emergency after my preeclampsia reared its ugly head again 2 weeks postpartum.
Of course, Lisa was one of the first people we called when we learned we were pregnant with our daughter (this time born 5 weeks premature!). We couldn’t imagine going through it all without her. Lisa loving cares for each one of her clients, and is like a breath of fresh air walking through the door. Her positive energy and encouraging words stay with you each and every step of the way. She continues to check in on us from time to time, and we love her for it. I can’t begin to tell you how much she helped us get through a very tough time.
