Jennifer came to our home to teach private classes on childbirth and newborn care. As first-time parents, my husband and I learned a lot of new information. On labor day, Jennifer was very supportive and helped to make decisions during the labor process. I felt fortunate to have Jennifer by my side during the first stage of labor at home and then in the hospital. I also wanted to mention that I could contact Jennifer anytime during pregnancy and receive a response within a few minutes. My labor started at 5 am, and I wasn’t sure what to do. Jennifer replied to my message in 2 minutes. I’m grateful to have a chance to work with Jennifer. It was my first pregnancy, and I had a lot of fears and doubts about the delivery day, especially about delivering a baby in a hospital. Jennifer made that experience positive.
