Gina was wonderful to work with during my labor with my first baby! She really helped me keep moving around into different, effective positions that worked and that brought baby down, helped me to relax as much as possible by reminding me to breathe through, have the freedom to do what I was comfortable with in that moment, but also challenge me to keep moving when my body didn't feel like it and the contractions were becoming more intense. She got the birth playlist started with positive music and also let my husband and I have some alone time together through contractions before they got really intense which turned out to be a very special moment for us together! She also took pictures for us on my camera which was great so we didn't even have to think about it. I highly recommend choosing Gina as your doula! Labor and birth can be very unpredictable but she will definitely make it a more positive and effective experience no matter what winds up happening!
