Midwest Doulas provided recommendations for reputable sources for everything we needed: chiropractor, lactation support, pediatrician, saving us the work of having to search through endless reviews and try 8 places before we found a match.
Day of delivery Rachel was our doula. Her assistance in the delivery room was invaluable. From positioning, feeding & hydrating me, to explaining all of the things and helping us run through options of how to proceed. One thing is certain for birthing - very little goes to plan. Having someone with immense experience help us through all of the decisions is the reason we feel so good about how it went, even though not much went to plan. I would recommend midwest doulas time and time again!
