My husband and I knew Kianna was the perfect match for us from the first meeting. She was so friendly and helpful in our journey to becoming first time parents! She was so warm and also very informative. She answered all of our questions and instantly felt like she was our friend and supporter. Throughout my pregnancy, Kianna was always someone I could confide in and get information from. I was so nervous to give birth to my first baby, but Kianna made me and my husband feel ready to take it on. She respected what I wanted in a birth plan and helped educate us on all the ways to make birth easier and comfortable. When the time came to give birth, I ended up having an unplanned C-Section, and although most of our preparation for this was based around a natural birth, Kianna made me feel more relaxed and comfortable in accepting the unexpected. She was still there at the Hospital and able to provide me comfort post-op and check in with me, my mental health, my husband and ultimately, our new bundle of joy. If I had to do this all over again, I would still always choose Kianna. The most valuable to me was the postpartum help that I received from Kianna. She really helped me and my husband get accustomed to our new life as parents and helped me with my mental health afterward as well. She offered so much help PP and even became someone I could vent to and even be vulverable with. I highly reccommend Kianna with as much reccomendation that I can, because she made my whole experience a million times better than it could have been.
