Gio came highly recommended to us by one of my employees. I wasn't familiar with what a doula did before meeting Gio. Gio helped my husband and I feel so prepared walking into the birth of our little boy. We actually didn't take any birth classes because we felt so informed from our sessions with Gio. Gio walked me through the process of collecting colostrum at 37 weeks because that was something I was passionate about doing, she helped me prepare for an unmedicated birth and also was extremely supportive when I decided to get an epidural. My birthing experience ended up being about 36 hours long and the experience was so incredible because of Gio's support. I can not say enough good things about her and my experience with her. If I have a second child, I would want her by my side through that pregnancy and birth as well. I highly recommend Gio, you will feel extremely supported through your whole pregnancy and through the birth and even beyond with post-natal support.
