Lauren was such a perfect addition to our birth team! She was super helpful leading up to our birth when we went past our due date and supported us in labor prep, stretching ideas and other ways to naturally induce labor. We accomplished our dream, unmedicated birth in the hospital and Lauren was with us the whole way through. She provided physical, and emotional support and helped so much with comfort measures and changing positions when I got uncomfortable. She coached me while pushing and encouraged me when I didn't think I could continue. She was the perfect addition to our birth team and worked seamlessly along side my nurses, OB and my husband. Lauren is a wealth of knowledge and so passionate about the birth process and supporting growing families.
