Cecilia is our first baby :) We are immigrants, our parents were supposed to arrive to help us out through the first month, but they had problems and we were by ourselves.
Munick was sent by heaven to be with us during the first nights. We cant express how much her presence made us confident as we learned our new life. Lots of new information can be overwhelming to navigate, but she sounded experienced and knowledgeable.
She listened to our questions, spoke with a soothing voice and offered us answers with diffenrent lines of thoughts, then she would suggested the way she understand is better, but always asked how WE wanted her to help us.
Every night when she arrived she would go wash her hands first (we had other experiences with professionals who didnt), she also wore a mask, which we really appreciated.
She brought Patricia some tea and a big water bottle that is used everyday since then. She also made a small painting with Cecilia feet to surprise us the day after. Cecilia had a great time with her, felt in peace and sleeped well every night.
We are already recommending her to friends and she became famous with our family in Brazil. Thank you Munick
