I gave birth on April 18th, 2024 and it was by c-section. It was not what I planned or what I prepared for, but having Camille as a doula was like having a little Angel there while I went through a tough time. She stayed in the waiting area until after my c-section and advocated for my needs. She made sure I had skin to skin with my daughter immediately after and supported my wife with all the information she needed for those first few days with a newborn. I can't say enough how grateful and blessed we felt to have such a caring doula but our side through our birth. She was the absolute best!
