Stephanie is truly an angel from heaven. Without her, my pregnancy and birth would have been a completely different experience. As a first time mom- I was super anxious and nervous my entire pregnancy… googled everything, couldn’t ever sleep, constantly worried if my baby was ok.. When I began looking for a doula and had my first FaceTime with Stephanie she put me at ease right away. She stayed on that “consultation” with me for over an hour…. Calming my fears… changing my perspective about birth (I was terrified - she pushed me to get excited about getting closer to meeting my baby). I immediately knew I wanted to work with her.
Throughout my pregnancy she was always a text or call away. Never made me feel like a bother. Always comforting and kind. Maternal energy that’s super calming and supportive.
During my birth Stephanie truly saved the day. I was a nervous wreck and Stephanie consoled me, calmed me down, advocated for me, and worked magic to shift my mindset in that moment. If it weren’t for her- my birth would have been a much different and less positive experience.
I don’t know what I would have done without Stephanie and would recommend her to any first time mom or mom with kids already. She is truly a magical person in every way.
