When I first found out I was pregnant, I had some questions about the birthing process in hospital envionments. My husband and I were searching alternative birthing envionments and stumbled upon the Birth Center of Chicago. It was here that I was recomended to find a doula to help with my birth. And so began my search! But something miraculous happened! My husband did Uber at the time, and ran into a woman who recently gave birth at the same place. She recommended Tiffany to my husband and this is how we connected! :)
And what a connection it was! Tiffany is one the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet! In our first meeting, she clearified so much about the birthing center AND the process of birth! She is very prepared, and has lots of experience. She was insightful, giving helpful tips and tricks along the way. I loved how she was very accesesible during the pregnancy period- just a phone call/text away- and willing to answer just about any question I had! She also did a home visit after my birth which was SO helpful! Honestly, If/when I will deliver again, she's my TOP PICK! A LITERAL ANGEL!
One of my favorite memories of Tiffany was right after I had given birth, and she helped me give that first cradle and feed. I will never forget her loving bedside manner and calm reassurance. Tiffany, if and when you read this I hope you are smile; your memory will always be a part of by journey to motherhood.
