With great pleasure I write this testimonial about my doula Diana. From the moment she stepped into my home during my intense contractions, she immediately assessed my situation and quickly detected that I am running low on energy. She created a relaxing spa like atmosphere in the room and made sure I was comfortable. Diana also made sure I was staying hydrated and had something to eat. With my permission, she was able to do counter pressure through contractions and suggest certain labor positions to help labor progress. Her instincts never failed me. Diana was also my advocate and spoke up for me when I couldn't. When I was at my weakest, she cheered me on with encouraging affirmations. She was my mental and physical coach through labor. I will be forever grateful for her gentle love and care towards me. There's not a chance I could have done it without her!
