If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, will answer your million and one questions, is calm and gentle in her approach, and is always willing to listen and genuinely cares about you and your desires for your birthing experience, she's your doula! From my consultation alone, Sanyika's presence made me feel at ease and comforted and that lasted through each interaction with her. Although my labor and delivery didn't go as planned (do they ever!?), Sanyika was there every step of the way and thereafter. As a first timer pregnancy, I overly appreciated her support.
