I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough for the services she provided throughout the birthing process (before, during, and after). She met with my husband and I multiple times throughout the course of my pregnancy. The meetings were helpful and informative as we formulated a birth plan that we could easily convey to my team at the hospital. Amanda was very communicative in the weeks leading up to my birth to ensure that we had the highest possible chance of her being present. During the first part of my labor, Amanda was available via text and phone call. She came when we asked her to, and she stayed with us through the remainder of my labor and birth. She provided support to my husband and to me physically, mentally, and emotionally. I definitely hit a wall, and she was there to get me over the mental and physical hurdles. She helped me to make informed decisions and never made me feel as though I was giving up. In the weeks after giving birth, Amanda remained available to us via text and phone call. She also visited us and helped me to process my birth and come to terms with how everything went. I cannot thank Amanda enough, and I appreciate everything that she did for my family. I look forward to working with her in the future as we continue to grow our family.
